Achiad is a veteran and experienced attorney in the areas of corporate law, commercial litigation and insolvency law, as well as a qualified mediator in commercial disputes. The legal guidance and representation provided by Achiad is characterized by an overall view of the case, both professionally and personally, that takes into account the material impact that the legal process has on the client's well-being.
Achiad's main expertise is in complex business and financial disputes such as control struggles, shareholder discrimination, disputes between creditors and insolvent companies, disputes between entrepreneurs, companies and investors, disputes concerning technology, securities, intellectual property, liability of officers and disputes between partners. In addition, he has extensive experience in corporate recovery and insolvency proceedings (liquidations, collections and debt settlements).
